About Creative Solutions
Creative Solutions is one of Winnipeg’s leading Home Staging Companies, having staged hundreds of new and resale properties for our clients.
With a background in marketing and construction and a Certified Canadian Staging Professional™ and RESA-Pro, Geri and her team works with Realtors, Home Sellers, Builders, Renovators and Property Managers to showcase their properties. Creative Solutions is a neutral party, with expertise in preparing properties for sale, highlighting their best features, inside and out. Our goal is to get your property in the best showing condition possible prior to listing.
Winner of the 2007 Canadian National Staging Innovator Competition, awarded by Canadian Staging Professional™ President Christine Rae, CSP, and Ann Maurice, TV's House Doctor™. Geri is also a member of RESA and the Winnipeg Realtors® Association, has been featured on Breakfast Television in the Spring and Fall of 2008, and has work featured in Style Manitoba.
Additional Services
Creative Solutions offers the following services:
- Staging Consultations (2-3 hour room-by-room inspection, and detailed recommendations report).
- Staging Services – Completing the recommended work in the report, by the homeowner, Creative Solutions, or a combination of both by decluttering, packing, cleaning, repairs, painting, lighting and/or flooring upgrades, whatever needs to be completed to make the home presentable.
- Showcasing Services – Upon completion of recommended work, our team of stagers will showcase and detail the property with existing or rental furniture and accessories to turn it into a show home.
- Flooring, paint and lighting consultations.
- Special Projects – Trade Show. exhibitor space, special events, and the film industry.
- Web-ready photography. Upon completion of the recommended work and showcasing, Creative Solutions offers web-ready photography for the MLS listing.

Code of Conduct
As a Canadian Staging Professional™, I agree to:
- I understand how I conduct my business reflects on the whole CSP™ staging community so I will conduct my business practice in such a way to always protect and earn the respect of the client, my fellow staging industry specialists, the real estate industry and the public at large. I also understand violation of this code may result in revocation of my designation.
- Never accept any professional responsibilities unless adequately educated, skilled and experienced to do so.
- Prior to the work actually starting, always inform the client of the scope of work, pricing and accepted form of payment.
- Never divulge confidential information about the client, the client project, photographs or videos without the prior written consent of the appropriate person(s).
- Always conduct my professional activities with honesty, integrity, fairness and respect; not initiate, engage or participate in any discussion or activity which might result in unjust harm to the reputation or business relationship of another industry professional or the CSP™ designation, program or company.
- Educate Homeowners, Real Estate agents, the Media and others about Staging, the CSP™ designation and the value of having the CSP™ seal of approval before ANY marketing starts.
- Never engage in any form of false or misleading promotional or advertising activities. Will not knowingly plagiarize or take credit for work which is not my own.
- Support industry standards; As a CSP™ I agree to follow the approved CSP™ three step staging process and only approve properties for the CSP™ sign rider which have truly met a level of quality to support being "ready for sale".
