Never accept any professional responsibilities unless adequately educated, skilled and experienced to do so.

Prior to the work actually starting, always inform the client of the scope of work, pricing and accepted form of payment.

Never divulge confidential information about the client, the client project, photographs or videos without the prior written consent of the appropriate person(s).

Always conduct my professional activities with honesty, integrity, fairness and respect; not initiate, engage or participate in any discussion or activity which might result in unjust harm to the reputation or business relationship of another industry professional or the CSP™ designation, program or company.

Educate Homeowners, Real Estate agents, the Media and others about Staging, the CSP™ designation and the value of having the CSP™ seal of approval before ANY marketing starts.

Never engage in any form of false or misleading promotional or advertising activities. Will not knowingly plagiarize or take credit for work which is not my own.

Support industry standards; As a CSP™ I agree to follow the approved CSP™ three step staging process and only approve properties for the CSP™ sign rider which have truly met a level of quality to support being "ready for sale".
