Staging is a 3-step process:

1. The Consultation
Creative Solutions uses a proven system to evaluate the market appeal of your home indoors and out. During the 1-3 hour walk-through, a comprehensive report will be completed including recommendations for improving trouble areas and suggestions on how to highlight your home's best features. 2. The Staging (Work to be Done)
After the initial consultation you will need to decide on how much of the work you are able to do. Cleaning, packing, sorting, de-cluttering, neutralizing and repairs are all part of the staging process and must be done prior to listing on the market. We can do as much or as little as required, and will work within your schedule and budget. Creative Solutions will provide you with a Staging Bid which will outline Staging Fees, Rental Suggestions and any other costs involved.

3. The Showcasing
Upon completion of all recommended work, our team of stagers will transform your entire living space into a showcase buyers are looking for. Room by room, we will edit, add, and rearrange furniture, creating a space that is inviting and appealing to the broadest range of potential buyers. Call for pricing.
